LIMITED WARRANTY

1.
Frames and Fastrax front forks, Fastrax frame shock are warranted to be free from
defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years of the hardtail frame and
one (1) year of dual suspension frame, Fastrax front fork & Fastrax frame shock
from the date of onboard.

2.
Original accessories provided as standard equipment are warranted to be
free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from
date of onboard. This does not include accessories added on by the
dealer or consumer.

3.
This warranty does not cover bodily injuries, damages, or failure as a
result of :

A. Bicycle racing or training for same;
B. Motocross, stunt, acrobatic riding, ramp jumping, and similar activities;
C. Usage as a power-propelled vehicle;
D. Any other misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident;
E. Improper assembly, improper fit, improper maintenance, or alterations;and
F. Normal wear and tear.

4.
Repair or replacement of defective parts or accessories constitutes
the sole remedy under this warranty.

Claims
To make a claim under this warranty, you must present the defective part
with the shipping invoice or other proof of purchase showing the purchase
date and serial number. That this claim is valid under the terms of this
warranty, we will, repair or replace the part without charge.
