Taiwan Hodaka Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded on March, 1966
Business started on manufacturing parts for Motorcycle, and baseball glove.
Due to change on demand from Market, company is start to manufacturing
High-End complete bicycle, bicycle frames from 1980’s.

1990
Developed one piece carbon monocoque road frames and carbon road forks.

1992
Developed front suspension fork.

1994
Registered “Fastrax” Trademark in Taiwan and international.

1996
Developed Fastrax brand Alloy frames for both road and mountain bike.

1997
Developed Fastrax brand frame rear shock

2001
Developed Fastrax brand light weight Scandium frame for both road and mountain bike.

2002
Sameco Light Metal Co., Ltd. was founded on Oct, 2002
Company is a professional extrusion factory for light metals. The extruded alloys include magnesium alloys and high-strength aluminum alloys.

Taiwan Hodaka Technology Co., Ltd. was founded on Nov, 2002
Company has built a modern cast house of aluminum alloy billets in Southern Taiwan Science Park in early 2004. Through long term collaboration with Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology, THT successfully integrates emergent melting and casting technologies for producing advanced aluminum alloys. Founding of THT certainly represents the progress of Taiwan aluminum industry toward global benchmark.

2004
Advance Material Specialty Inc. was founded on May, 2004
The specialty of the company is on advanced process and product development, using advanced materials, high performance magnesium and aluminum alloys.

2005
Hdk Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded on March, 2005.
The specialty of the company is on alloy & scandium tubing butted, forming and complete wheelset assembly.

Established carbon R&D center in house and developed super light weight carbon frame for both road and mountain bike.
